1. Returns Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of the purchase date if it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used aromatherapy rollerball sets.
- Products not purchased directly from aromablendsroller.shop.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Sale items, gift cards, or promotional giveaways.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at chetikatiwari@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.
- Ship the package to our return address:

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at chetikatiwari@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
